Zoe Woods will step up to Monochrome GT4 Australia in 2024, competing for TekworkX Motorsport in a Porsche Cayman 718 GT4 Clubsport.
Woods will be embarking on her third year of national competition, having made her debut in the Australian Production Cars in 2022 before moving to the Toyota 86 Series in 2023. The two seasons have taken Woods to all of Australia’s major tracks, consistently moving forward at each round and taking multiple class podiums in Production Cars.
The relatively new chassis acquired by TekworkX for their first foray into GT4 racing has previously been raced across Europe in two seasons of Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe. The 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport joins an extensive bank of Porsche knowledge at TekworkX Motorsport, with the team taking over a dozen race wins across Porsche Paynter Dixon Carrera Cup and Porsche Michelin Sprint Challenge in 2023. The car is expected to arrive in Australia in mid-January.
The maiden standalone season for GT4 Australia sees the category take on a six round calendar, mixing sprint racing with endurance racing across the season. Sandown hosts a non-championship three hour enduro to kick off the year, before the series visits Phillip Island, The Bend, Queensland Raceway, a to be confirmed venue, Sydney Motorsport Park and Bathurst.
All rounds are being held as part of the Shannons SpeedSeries, with Phillip Island taking place from April 12-14.

“I couldn’t be any more excited to be joining the Monochrome GT4 Australia series in 2024,” said Woods.
“For me it was sitting down with Paul (Morris) who has been such a fantastic mentor to me, we chatted about my next steps in motorsport and GT4 was what we came up with. I will still be doing Toyota 86 but with it starting a bit later in the year, I’ll be able to get some races under my belt before round one. The more seat time I get will only benefit me.
“To be driving a Porsche with TekworkX is fantastic as the team run a lot of Porsches in Carrera Cup and Sprint Challenge, and the crew in the workshop have a great understanding of how they work. I was lucky enough to test a McLaren at Queensland Raceway only a month ago, and if the Porsche is anything like that then I can’t wait.
