Morris father-son duo to race at inaugural GT Festival

Paul and Nash Morris are preparing to team up together as a pairing for the first time after confirming their entry for Round 4 of the 2024 Monochrome GT4 Australia season.

Announcing the news via social media, the father-son duo will contest the inaugural GT Festival at the picturesque Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit behind the wheel of the previous generation McLaren 570S GT4.

For Paul, he will complete double duties during the event, after it was confirmed earlier in the lead up to the GT Festival that he and Scott Taylor will continue their cameo in Fanatec GT World Challenge Australia powered by AWS driving the Trophy Class Porsche 911 GT3R (997).

Nash on the other hand contested the previous round of Monochrome GT4 Australia at Queensland Raceway partnering Mark Griffith in the Team Nineteen Mercedes-AMG GT4 finishing second in Pro-Am Cup and fifth outright.

The inaugural GT Festival takes place at Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit on August 23-25 and has free entry for spectators all weekend.

Those who can't make it to Phillip Island can tune into the action via the live broadcast on Kayo/Foxtel, as well as the GT World YouTube Channel.
